How to Use a Sugargoo Spreadsheet
A spreadsheet helps you discover products. Your buying agent handles the order, warehouse and international shipping. Check the listing, payment total, warehouse photos and parcel quote as separate decisions.
This directory does not take payments or manage orders. Product buttons open an external catalog. Check the current seller listing and agent terms before paying.
01 / Browse and shortlist
Start with shoes, hoodies or T-shirts. Compare the selected products here, or use the full catalog for a wider search. The USD amount is an estimate of the item price, not a delivered total.
Clickable product links open Repfind in a new tab. Category photo cards without a link are references only; use the category spreadsheet button to search Repfind.
Use a product’s details button, such as “View Sneaker Details”, to open its listing. Look for the original seller link and compare the title, photos, size chart and available options. A directory record does not guarantee current stock or that an agent accepts the item.
02 / Check the link with Sugargoo
Use the original marketplace product link in your Sugargoo account. Confirm that the loaded product matches the item you want, then review the current price, size, color, quantity and any domestic delivery charges. Follow the current instructions in your account.
If a link does not load, do not treat an image or old spreadsheet row as confirmation. Recheck the seller listing and contact the agent through its official support channel if needed.
03 / Review the payment total
Look at the amount and currency actually shown at checkout. Sugargoo lists card and wallet options, but availability and processing charges can differ. Your bank or payment provider may also apply its own conversion or fee.

04 / Review your own warehouse QC
Sugargoo’s published QC guide describes five free product photos per agent-purchased item. Check the service shown for your order.
After the item reaches the warehouse, review the photos supplied for your order. Check that the item, color and selected size match. If details are unclear, ask the agent what additional photos, measurements or return options are available before proceeding.
05 / Watch the storage deadline
Check the remaining days shown for each order in your account. Order types can have different storage terms. Resolve questions about expiry or a paid extension before waiting for more items.
Official pages show differing headline storage periods. Use the terms and countdown for your own order. Official storage guide.
06 / Compare the parcel costs
International shipping is separate from the product price. Compare the routes available for your destination, parcel contents, packed weight and dimensions. Review all charges and applicable destination requirements before submitting the parcel.
Your parcel quote checklist
- Enter your destination country and region.
- Include parcel contents, packed weight and box dimensions.
- Check route size limits and actual or volumetric weight rules.
- Review packing, insurance and other selected charges.
- Check adjustments after the parcel is packed.
Early estimates can differ from the final parcel. Sugargoo describes a paid pre-shipment package simulation service to check packed weight and dimensions. Confirm its current terms before selecting it.
