Open the seller’s specific listing. If you only have a store homepage, promotional page or screenshot, find the item link before trying again. A saved catalog entry does not confirm that the seller still offers the same product.

Copy the product URL again
For Taobao, copy the item address from its product page or use the item’s sharing function. Check that you copied a URL rather than only a sharing code or surrounding message text.
For Weidian, the published instructions describe opening the item, choosing Share and then Copy Link. Keep the original link in your notes. Do not guess a replacement product ID or assume another seller’s look-alike listing is the same item.

A loaded page still needs checking
