PARCEL TRACKING

Sugargoo Tracking Not Updating: What to Check

A missing scan does not identify the cause of a delay. Start with the correct parcel, its last recorded event and the shipping line’s own information.

Check which journey you are tracking

Keep the seller-to-warehouse order separate from the international parcel. For an overseas shipment, open its parcel record in your Sugargoo account and look for the tracking or logistics details.

Published guides use labels such as “My Parcel” and “Packing Center.” Follow the current interface. Record both the Sugargoo parcel reference and any carrier tracking number shown.

Read the last event before drawing a conclusion

Example stageWhat the record indicates
Accepted by carrierA carrier receipt scan has been recorded.
At departure airportAn export-airport stage, not proof of delivery.
Arrived in destination countryArrival in the receiving country; onward processing remains.
DeliveredA delivery event is recorded. Query the carrier if you cannot locate it.

International handovers and processing can leave gaps between scans. Event names and visibility differ by route. The official guides do not make every parcel follow one identical sequence.

Send a support request that can be investigated

If the status is unclear, contact Sugargoo through your account. Use this checklist to keep the conversation specific:

  • Parcel reference and carrier tracking number.
  • Shipping line and destination country.
  • Last event exactly as displayed, including its date.
  • A screenshot and the question you need answered.
  • Any response already received from the carrier.

Support message outline: “My parcel [reference] uses [line]. The last scan is [event/date]. Could you confirm its current stage, the next action I should take and any applicable inquiry deadline?”

Tracking FAQ

Does a scan gap mean the parcel is lost?

That cannot be established from a gap alone. Ask support to investigate using the parcel and carrier records.

Can this directory look up or change my shipment?

No. We do not have access to your agent account. Use the support channel connected to your order.
