RETURNS & REFUNDS

Sugargoo Returns & Refunds by Order Stage

Start with your order’s current status and the reason for the request. Cancellation, a return to the seller and a refund are related steps with different requirements.

Match the request to the order stage

  • Before purchase: check whether cancellation is available in the order record.
  • After purchase: ask the agent to confirm the seller’s position and the next step.
  • At the warehouse: raise concerns before international shipping and check the applicable return window.
  • After international dispatch: contact support about the specific issue; do not assume a domestic return process still applies.

A photo, a request submission or an old guide does not establish that your return has been approved.

Confirm what you will receive back

The published returns guide distinguishes personal-reason and seller-responsibility cases. Eligibility and deductions can depend on the item, its condition, the reason and the approved arrangement.

Before agreeing, ask for the proposed refund and an explanation of domestic delivery, return shipping and service deductions. Check any deadline in the current order terms.

Keep a return record: order reference, selected variant, issue, supporting photos, date raised, requested resolution, approved deductions and the agent’s reply. This checklist is a way to organize your case, not a statement that it qualifies.

Review your own warehouse QC photos and retain relevant evidence before proceeding.

Separate approval, balance credit and withdrawal

Sugargoo’s published refund guide describes crediting refunds to the account balance. That is different from receiving funds in a bank or payment account.

Track the approved amount, any balance credit and any withdrawal separately. Verify the withdrawal method and processing details shown in your account. Published refund timelines are references; check which terms apply to your request rather than relying on a universal number of days.

Refund FAQ

Is return shipping always free?

No blanket rule should be assumed. Ask who bears the cost for your reason and obtain the proposed deductions before confirming.

Does “refund requested” mean the money has arrived?

No. Check the request decision and the actual balance or payment transaction instead of treating the request itself as a completed refund.
